Sesame grinder operation and precautions
After the sesame grinding machine is installed in place and the power line is connected, check whether the fastening bolts are tightened, and turn the two fixing rods counterclockwise to increase the clearance between the stator and rotor. Rotate the rotor with a special wrench to check whether the rotor is stuck. After turning on the switch, check the rotor rotation direction, which shall be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow mark on the tahini machine. Check the operation of the equipment for noise or vibration.
The clearance adjustment of the stator and rotor shall be carried out when the machine is running. Turn both fixing rods counterclockwise at the same time. Then, move the fixed rod to drive the adjustment ring to rotate and adjust the clearance between stator and rotor. After that, select the proper stator and rotor clearance according to the fineness and output requirements of processing materials.
Repair and maintenance of sesame seed grinder
The sesame grinding machine has a reasonable structure and convenient operation. There is no need for special maintenance during use. However, it is necessary to regularly check the wear of the stator and rotor of the equipment, the fineness of processing materials, the sealing effect of seals and other items.
As for equipment cleaning, it shall be carried out when the machine is in operation. Increase the clearance between stator and rotor and clean it with water.
If the sesame tahini machine is not used for a short time, the inner cavity shall be cleaned and it is best to dry it with high-pressure air. During cleaning, an appropriate cleaning agent shall be selected according to different materials to ensure that the seal is not damaged.
