How to get artisanal peanut butter onto the shelves of national supermarket chains? This is precisely the challenge and opportunity facing our Australian client.

By introducing our custom-designed 700kg/h fully automated peanut butter production line, we have not only significantly enhanced the client’s peanut butter processing efficiency and output capacity but also substantially reduced labor costs.

Customer background and requirements

Our client is an emerging health food company in Australia. Their existing workshop-style production facilities have become the primary bottleneck to growth. Limited output, subtle variations in taste between batches, and an inability to meet the supply chain requirements of major retailers have become significant challenges.

Therefore, the client’s objective is very clear: to invest in an automated, high-capacity peanut butter production line that meets Australian food-grade standards.

Taizy’s solutions

Our engineering team conducted multiple remote meetings with the client. Based on the actual dimensions and layout of their factory, we designed an optimized U-shaped production line solution that maximizes space utilization and operational efficiency.

We upgraded the peanut butter production line capacity from the standard 500kg/h to a customized 700kg/h, incorporating online mixing, vacuum degassing, and a semi-automatic filling system. This created a one-stop intelligent solution transforming raw peanuts into bottled finished products.

Core advantages of our peanut butter production line

After understanding our client’s pursuit of ultimate quality and efficiency, we demonstrated the integrated strengths of our entire production line:

Precision temperature-controlled continuous roasting system: the line begins with a high-efficiency continuous roaster. It ensures every peanut receives uniform heat, with roasting temperature and time precisely adjustable.

High-efficiency, low-loss hulling technology: roasted peanuts proceed to a specialized hulling machine. This equipment employs differential friction and air-classification technology, achieving a hull removal rate exceeding 98% with minimal peanut breakage.

Core grinding and cooling technology: the production line’s core is our colloid mill assembly. Grinding fineness can be precisely adjusted to meet customer requirements (e.g., smooth or granular textures).

Entirely constructed from 304 stainless steel: from the roaster to the filling machine, all parts of the production line that come into contact with materials are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel. This ensures easy cleaning and corrosion resistance.

Customer success story

Upon the equipment’s arrival in Sydney, the client highly commended our professional packaging that fully complied with local import regulations. During installation, our technical engineers overcame time zone differences to remotely guide the client’s team step-by-step via video conferencing, completing the entire production line’s setup and commissioning.

The client enthusiastically remarked: “Your professional support has been incredible! The production line exceeds our expectations!”

Today, their facility operates as a highly efficient modern food processing center, with products successfully entering multiple major Australian supermarket chains.
