High-efficiency, low-loss hulling technology: roasted peanuts proceed to a specialized hulling machine. This equipment employs differential friction and air-classification technology, achieving a hull removal rate exceeding 98% with minimal peanut breakage.
Core grinding and cooling technology: the production line’s core is our colloid mill assembly. Grinding fineness can be precisely adjusted to meet customer requirements (e.g., smooth or granular textures).
Entirely constructed from 304 stainless steel: from the roaster to the filling machine, all parts of the production line that come into contact with materials are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel. This ensures easy cleaning and corrosion resistance.
