The peanut baking machine is heated by burning coal or gas or electric heating, adopting the principle of rotary roller, heat conduction, heat convection and heat radiation; during the baking process, the baked object is forwardly propelled in the cage and reversely discharged. The devices alternately form an uninterrupted cycle to make it evenly heated, effectively ensuring the quality of the baking. When discharging, the discharge drum is docked to the reverse discharge device, so that the material does not flow into the rotary roller, and the salt particles are separated by the filtering action of the discharge cylinder (net cage), and the material automatically flows out.
The peanut baking machine uses coal as a heat source, adopts the principle of rotary rolling cage, heat conduction and heat radiation, and has an automatic temperature control device. The hot air is used as a drying medium to apply thermal energy to the baked object during the baking process. The baked object is continuously pushed by the propelling device in the cage to form an uninterrupted cycle, so that the heat is evenly distributed, and the baking quality is effectively ensured. Mainly used in food processing industry, beans, nuts, nuts (such as peanuts, milky rice, boiled spiced peanuts, melon seeds, almonds, chestnuts, broad beans) and other water-drying, roasting cooked products.
