Structure of the almond sorting machine

संरचना और कार्य सिद्धांत

संचालन के तरीके
- उपकरण का उपयोग करने से पहले, जांचें कि क्या मुख्य भाग परिवहन के दौरान क्षतिग्रस्त हुए हैं और क्या कनेक्टिंग हिस्से ढीले हैं।
- पावर सप्लाई कनेक्ट करें और मोटर चालू करें। चलने की दिशा संकेतित दिशा के साथ सुसंगत होनी चाहिए।
- Observe whether the machine operates stably without abnormal sound. If the machine operates with an abnormal sound, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
- उत्पादन के दौरान, हमेशा चलने की दूरी और दोनों किनारों के बीच की क्लियरेंस का निरीक्षण करें। उचित समायोजन के बाद, यदि स्लिप पाया जाए, तो समायोजन बोल्ट को एक साथ स्क्रू करें।
- Before starting up and feeding, close the handle of the retaining gate at the outlet, and do not allow the materials to flow out temporarily. After the materials on the screen surface gradually rise, slowly open the retaining gate, and the materials can flow out in sequence.
- In the process of work, the mixture of almond, walnut kernel, and broken shell must be covered with sieve pieces to make the material form a layer about 2cm thick on the sieve surface, to achievea better separation effect, that is, there is a baffle at the discharge port of the sieve body. The baffle can be opened for discharge only when the mixture fills the sieve body.
