- 1단계: 탈각 기계로 땅콩 껍질을 제거합니다.
- 2단계: 선별된 땅콩을 블랜칭 기계에 넣고 작동시켜 땅콩의 붉은 껍질이 더 촉촉해지도록 합니다. 이 단계는 껍질 벗기기를 용이하게 하기 위한 준비 과정입니다.
- 3단계: 블랜칭된 땅콩을 자동 껍질 벗기는 기계의 호퍼에 넣어 붉은 껍질을 제거합니다.
- 4단계: 흰색 땅콩 알갱이를 바삭하고 황금빛 노란색이 될 때까지 잠시 튀깁니다.
- 5단계: 땅콩의 맛이 좋지 않을 경우 볶은 땅콩의 기름을 제거합니다.
- 6단계: 자동 조미 및 양념 기계가 더 나은 맛을 위해 탈지된 땅콩에 양념 및 기타 재료를 추가합니다.
- 6단계: 저희는 두 가지 유형의 포장을 제공합니다. 하나는 일반 포장이고 다른 하나는 더 긴 저장 수명을 위한 진공 포장입니다.
