The automatic almond shelling line is designed for efficient cracking, shell–kernel separation, and grading of almonds with high kernel integrity.

Based on the same industrial structure as a walnut shelling line, this system is optimized for almond size, shell hardness, and kernel fragility through adjustable cracking gaps and airflow control.

With a processing capacity of up to 500 kg/h, the almond shelling line is widely used in almond kernel processing plants, nut exporters, and further processing lines for sliced almonds, almond flour, and almond butter.

In the food market, people prefer almonds with full kernels and uniform sizes. At the same time, to facilitate almond shelling, almonds often need to be graded first. Thus, an almond sorting machine that can grade the size of almonds has become a necessary processing machine.

Structure of the almond sorting machine

회전 드럼 아몬드 등급기는 주로 모터, 감속기, 회전 드럼, 프레임, 급입구 및 배출구로 구성됩니다. 다단계 스크린이 원재료를 크기별로 분리합니다. 드럼의 스크린 구멍 직경은 큰 것에서 작은 것으로 감소합니다. 각 구간의 스크린 구멍은 동일하여 다단계 선별과 높은 선별 정확도를 실현합니다. 롤러 스크린은 경사로 배치되어 프레임에 설치되어 배출을 용이하게 합니다.

작동 과정

재료가 드럼 장치에 들어간 후 드럼 장치의 경사 및 회전으로 인해 스크린 표면의 재료가 뒤집히고 구르게 됩니다. 합격된 재료는 드럼 뒤쪽 하단의 배출구를 통해 배출되고, 불합격된 재료는 드럼 꼬리의 배출구를 통해 배출됩니다. 드럼 내에서 재료가 뒤집히고 구름으로 인해 스크린 구멍에 끼인 재료를 튕겨내어 스크린 구멍이 막히는 것을 방지할 수 있습니다.

The three-stage type can realize 3-grade sorting, shell cracking, and the separation of kernels from shells at the same time. It is usually paired with a shell kernel separator.

껍질·커널 분리기는 급이 호퍼, 팬 및 프레임, 비중 분류 스크린, 편심 전달 기구 등으로 구성됩니다. 이 기계는 견과류와 깨진 껍질 사이의 무게 차이와 기계 슬롯 갭을 통과하는 기류를 이용하여 껍질과 커널의 원활한 분리를 촉진합니다. 배출구 크기와 진동체 스크린의 각도를 조정하여 더 나은 분리를 달성할 수 있습니다.

운영 방법

1. 장비 사용 전에 주요 부품이 손상되었는지, 운송 중 연결 부품이 느슨해지지 않았는지 확인하십시오.
2. 전원 공급을 연결하고 모터를 시동하십시오. 회전 방향은 표시된 방향과 일치해야 합니다.
3. Observe whether the machine operates stably without abnormal sound. If the machine operates with an abnormal sound, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
4. 생산 중에는 항상 주행 거리와 양쪽 측면 사이의 간극을 관찰하십시오. 적절히 조정한 후 미끄러짐이 발견되면 조정 볼트를 함께 조여 주십시오.
5. Before starting up and feeding, close the handle of the retaining gate at the outlet, and do not allow the materials to flow out temporarily. After the materials on the screen surface gradually rise, slowly open the retaining gate, and the materials can flow out in sequence.
6. In the process of work, the mixture of almond, walnut kernel, and broken shell must be covered with sieve pieces to make the material form a layer about 2cm thick on the sieve surface, to achievea better separation effect, that is, there is a baffle at the discharge port of the sieve body. The baffle can be opened for discharge only when the mixture fills the sieve body.
7. 원재료가 분리되지 않으면 스크린 각도와 팬의 흡입구 크기를 조정하여 이상적인 분리 효과를 달성하십시오.
